Terms & Conditions
Agreement. By calling, texting, emailing, submitting a quote or booking request, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and promotions. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change once the equipment or property is seen in person. Promotions, including the first-unit-free offer, may be changed or ended at any time and cannot be combined unless stated.
Cleaning only. Coil Kings provides cleaning services only. We do not perform repairs, installations, electrical work or diagnostics, and cleaning is not an inspection or a guarantee of how any equipment will perform.
Existing conditions. Equipment and property are often older, worn or already damaged. Coil Kings is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, corrosion, bent fins, failing parts, leaks, or problems that become noticeable during or after cleaning.
Customer responsibilities. You confirm you own the property or have permission to authorize the work, and that the work area is safe and accessible. Please tell us about any known issues, hazards, pets or fragile items before work begins.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coil Kings Cleaning and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or property damage arising from the services, except where caused by proven gross negligence. In all cases, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Weather and scheduling. Appointments may be rescheduled because of weather, safety or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays or rescheduling.
Concerns. If you have a concern about completed work, contact us within 48 hours so it can be reviewed. Concerns raised after that may not be addressed.
Photos. We may take before-and-after photos of the equipment we clean. We will never show your address or personal information. Let us know if you would prefer we don't use photos of your job.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
